Enhance your experience with optional add-ons designed to capture even more of your guests and moments.

Each illustration is stamped with a custom design featuring your names, date, or event detail. It adds a cohesive, personalized touch that ties all artwork back to your celebration.

Select guests are guaranteed a portrait during the event. This is perfect for family members, wedding party, or anyone you want to make sure is included.

Travel is included within 50 miles of 76104. Additional mileage is billed at $1 per mile (round trip).
Drive times over 2 hours may require a hotel accommodation. For events requiring air travel, flight and hotel costs will be covered by the client.

Extend your coverage to capture more guests and moments throughout the event. This is perfect if your timeline runs longer or you want to maximize the number of portraits completed. Subject to availability.

We relocate and reset at a second area of your venue, such as moving from cocktail hour to the reception. This helps us reach more guests throughout different parts of your event.
Included in Full Day and above packages. Setup time does not count toward illustration time.

Additional illustrations can be completed after the event using photos captured on-site. Finished pieces are mailed directly to you, allowing more guests to be included beyond live coverage.

We create a custom illustration of your venue ahead of your event, perfect for signage or keepsakes. Subject to artist approval.
Commitment Fee
A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Dates are not reserved until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers preparation time.
Refund Policy
Payments made beyond the retainer may be partially refunded depending on the timing of cancellation:
30+ days before event: up to 60% of remaining balance refunded
14–30 days before event: up to 30% refunded
Less than 14 days before event: no refund
Payment Plans
Flexible payment options are available through Stripe, allowing you to split your total into smaller payments. The retainer must be paid in full at the time of booking, and availability and terms are determined by the payment provider at checkout.
